摘要: 2-(Trifluoromethyl)benzimidazole derivatives substituted at the 1-, 5-, and 6-positions have been synthesized in vitro tested against protozoa Giardia lamblia, Entamoeba histolytica, helminth Trichinella spiralis. Results indicate that all compounds are more active as antiprotozoal agents than Albendazole Metronidazole. One compound (20) was T.
