摘要: Motivation: Fusion transcripts can be created as a result of genome rearrangement in cancer. Some them play important roles carcinogenesis, and serve diagnostic therapeutic targets. With more cancer genomes being sequenced by nextgeneration sequencing technologies, we believe an efficient tool for reliably identifying fusion will desirable many groups. Results: We designed implemented open-source software tool, called FusionHunter, which identifies from transcriptional analysis paired-end RNA-seq. show that FusionHunter accurately detect fusions were previously confirmed RT-PCR publicly available dataset.
