摘要: We have studied the effects of long-term administration ethanol on distribution and pharmacokinetics α-tocopherol. In rats fed (35% total energy) for 5–6 weeks concentration α-tocopherol in whole liver was reduced by 25% as compared to pair-fed controls (P < 0.003).
