摘要: An Enterovirus 71(EV71) strain was isolated in Hubei Province, named HB09-01. We cloned VP1 gene by the method of Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chains Reaction. The then sequenced and analyzed to determine phylogenetic relationship between HB09-01 other representative EV71 strains, results showed that has highest similarity with Fuyang, Anhui Province 2008.
