摘要: 1. Nonylphenol is an environmental estrogenic compound. Little known about its interaction with aquatic species since most of the work on oestrogenic alkylphenols has been done in vitro using cells culture. 2. Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) were exposed to 14C-nonylphenol at 18 and 36 ppb water study distribution, persistence, bioaccumulation. 3. Nonylphenol, or metabolites, distributed through body rainbow including edible tissues dorsal muscle fat. 4. was rapidly taken up into had apparent half-life 19-20 +/- 4 SE hours 5. The bioaccumulation factor viscera carcass ranged from 40 100 viscera. 6. Three glucuronide metabolites separated by thin-layer chromatography following treatment bile beta-glucuronidase.
