Prostaglandin F2α metabolite levels in plasma, amniotic fluid, and urine during pregnancy and labor

摘要: Abstract Levels of 13, 14-dihydro 15-keto-prostaglandin F 2α (dhk PGF ) in the plasma 30 patients as well amniotic fluid 17 patients, and 5α, 7α-dihydroxy 11-keto tetranor-prostane 1,16-dioic acid (the main urinary metabolite [PGF MUM]) levels urine were measured by radioimmunoassay during pregnancy, labor, puerperium. These data indicate that production is remarkably increased.
