摘要: The OEIS complex refers to a combination of defects consisting in omphalocele, bladder exstrophy, imperforate anus and spinal represents rare nosologic entity (from 1:200,000 1:400,000 pregnancies). defect probably occurs early blastogenesis or mesodermal migration during the primitive streak period. Two cases diagnosed prenatally by ultrasound are reported. medical record regarding differential diagnosis, associated anomalies, treatment prognosis has also been sought Differential diagnosis with exstrophy-epispadias and/or cloacalexstrophy may be difficult antenatally means ultrasound. However, color Doppler proved aid exstrophy depicting urine flow direct communication abdominal cavity useful showing course perivesical umbilical arteries. Prenatal 3D tomographic imaging (TUI) antenatal MR might adjuncts conventional 2D scan aiding prenatal such malformation.
