摘要: This review of the complications all methods modern treatment bladder exstrophy emphasizes complexity reconstruction spectrum. The main any method primary closure are complete wound dehiscence, prolapse and urethral outlet obstruction; others include renal calculi. These as well to avoid them discussed here. Evidence supporting management strategy is presented where possible.
