摘要: The blood-nerve barrier (BNB) defines the physiological space within which axons, Schwann cells, and other associated cells of a peripheral nerve function. BNB consists endoneurial microvessels fascicle investing perineurium. restricted permeability these two barriers protects microenvironment from drastic concentration changes in vascular extracellular spaces. It is postulated that homeostatic mechanisms regulate milieu interieur axons cells. These are discussed relation to development, Wallerian degeneration regeneration, lead neuropathy. Finally, putative factors responsible for cellular molecular control discussed. Given dynamic nature regulation perineurium capillaries, it suggested term interface (BNI) better reflects functional significance structures maintenance homeostasis microenvironment.
