摘要: We describe the cloning of a receptor guanylyl cyclase, MsGC-II, from CNS insect Manduca sexta. Sequence comparisons with other cyclases show that MsGC-II is most similar to predicted cyclase in Drosophila genome and vertebrate retinal cyclases. When expressed COS-7 cells, exhibited low level basal activity was nearly abolished presence 10 µm calcium. Incubation either mammalian cyclase-activating protein or frequenin resulted only mild stimulation activity, whereas incubation cells expressing variety tissue extracts failed stimulate enzyme above levels. Analysis distribution revealed it nervous system specific. In adult, present neurons optic lobes, antennal lobes cellular cortex, but highly subsets intrinsic mushroom body neurons.
