摘要: We describe the cloning of a receptor guanylyl cyclase, MsGC-II, from CNS insect Manduca sexta. Sequence comparisons with other cyclases show that MsGC-II is most similar to predicted cyclase in Drosophila genome and vertebrate retinal cyclases. When expressed COS-7 cells, exhibited low level basal activity was nearly abolished presence 10 µm calcium. Incubation either mammalian cyclase-activating protein or frequenin resulted only mild stimulation activity, whereas incubation cells expressing variety tissue extracts failed stimulate enzyme above levels.
