摘要: Explaining the development of group solidarity in status-differentiated groups is an interesting theoretical problem because usually considered to stem from positive affect status equals. Analysis evolution human emotions allows social theory focused on functions emotions. Human evolved tandem with hierarchies as a dominant form organization that function coordinate work individuals groups. Conflicting generated by inequality and intragroup competition interact maintain solidarity. An experimental test using direct indicator proposed.
