摘要: Infection with Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) causes chronic disease in approximately 80% of cases, resulting inflammation and cirrhosis. Current treatments are not completely effective, a vaccine has yet to be developed. Spontaneous resolution infection is associated effective host adaptive immunity HCV, including production both HCV-specific T cells neutralizing antibodies. However, the supporting role soluble innate factors protection against HCV less well understood. The immune system provides an immediate line defense infections, triggering playing critical activating immunity. Innate comprises cellular humoral components, arm consisting pattern recognition molecules such as complement C1q, collectins ficolins. These activate cascade, neutralize pathogens, recruit antigen presenting cells. Here we review current understanding anti-viral components that play similar antibodies, describing their potential contribution pathogenesis.
