PLGA/FK506 drug-loading nano microsphere and preparation method and application thereof

摘要: The invention relates to a PLGA/FK506 drug-loading nano microsphere and preparation method an application thereof. for the comprises following steps: firstly adding nonionic surfactant deionized water forming phase, enabling PLGA FK506 be successively dissolved in organic solvent oil after that, dropwise slowly phase vortex center of high-speed stirring ultrasonic treatment, acquiring O/W-type emulsion; acquired O/W-typeemulsion room temperature condition under low speed so that is completely volatilized, turbid liquid, finally centrifuging, washing, drying obtain target product, wherein particle size product 100-200 nm preferably. Drug-loading capacity prepared reaches 17.64%, encapsulation efficiency 77.08%. Active targeting performance advantageously improved, drug slow release stronger effect inhibiting growth scar cells are realized.
