摘要: The usefulness of ion scattering for studies surface segregation in alloys has been demonstrated the Cu/Ni system. A strong enrichment Cu is found. As a step towards understanding mechanism neutralization ions at surface, Ne+ from Au studied. importance and origin oscillations energy dependence fraction discussed.
