摘要: Ca2+-ATPase activity was studied ultra-cytochemically in the middle ear mucosa of guinea pig. On electron microscopic examination, most intense reaction found on microvilli. Reaction products were also observed cilia and around between secretory granules apical side cells their phase. The basolateral membranes contained few products, while very little or no basal membrane.
