摘要: Today the unprecedented increase in CO 2 emissions has become an important global issue because of intensification demand from transport sector due to upward surge urbanisation and rapid economic growth. The for services is expected rise further, causing level as well. In Malaysia, transportation accounts 28% total emissions, which 85% comes road transport. This led strong interest how this can be reduced effectively. study aimed investigate factors that influence emissions. A multiple regression model was used based on fuel-based technology data 1990 2013. Many influencing i.e., fuel consumption, efficiency, price distance travel, were examined Malaysia. results demonstrated travel main Some policy implications empirical proposed reduction.
