摘要: Although acrylamide finds diverse industrial applications, its presence in the environment is hazardous due to carcinogenic, neurotoxic, and teratogenic properties. In spite of general toxicity monomer form, some microorganisms are able use it as a source energy by catabolizing ammonia acrylic acid means acrylamidase (EC 3.5.1.4). The present work reports on novel soil isolate an acrylamide-degrading bacteria. Based biochemical characterization 16S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) gene sequence, bacterial strain was identified Gram-positive Arthrobacter sp. DBV1. optimum growth conditions were found be temperature (30 °C) pH 6.0 7.0. Evaluation effect concentration (10–50 mM) incorporated into minimal medium showed maximum DBV1 at 30 mM acrylamide. biodegradation confirmed HPLC analysis. Acrylamidase isolated characterized for optima, substrate specificity using different amides, activators/inhibitors such metal ions amino acids. These finding suggests that could attractive from also possibly foods containing preformed
