摘要: Focusing on environmental review practice in state departments of transportation the US, study examines practices and effects stakeholder involvement scoping processes conducted under National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Based a survey staff 46 50 states, finds variation approaches used by states relatively high levels perceived effectiveness. The findings include number internal external factors that contribute to effectiveness highlight impacts participation content outcomes processes.
