摘要: This report summarizes the findings of a study scoping processes conducted in state departments transportation (DOTs) U.S. The focused specifically on as part implementation National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for various types projects. intent was to identify variation approaches DOTs across and outcomes later steps environmental review process, through use an online survey methodology.
