摘要: Clinical trials, animal studies, and in vitro tests demonstrate effectiveness of exposure to topical (posteruptive) fluoride caries prevention reduction enamel dissolution. However, careful analyses human epidemiologic data on increments, following communal water fluoridation, show unquestionably that has an important preemptive effect permanent teeth, particularly pit fissure surfaces. These or systemic benefits also apply the use supplements fluoridated salt when used continuously during period tooth formation. The role is neither “minimal” nor “of borderline significance.” On contrary, it a major factor preventing caries, most common site decay. Maximal caries-preventive effects fluoridation are achieved by optimal levels both pre- posteruptively.
