摘要: Abstract The Delphi Technique is gaining extensive use as a multipurpose tool by government planners and policy makers. This paper begins briefly discussing the historical development of some its advantages disadvantages. A considerable number Delphis conducted in public sector for purposes forecasting, communication, budgeting, goal setting are then reviewed. Additionally, three prior reviews field education discussed. In reviewing these studies every attempt was made to detail research intentions, special features modifications, cautions, benefits each study. These characteristics provided tabular form summary section ready reference potential user. It recommended that one should take full advantage what has been learned from earlier before undertaking new Delphi.
