摘要: Immunological adjuvants can be defined as substances which are not specific to a particular antigen, but enhance the immune response antigens. In recent years new group of such molecules has been and partially characterised. These non-antigen affect responses in various ways — cytokines. The increasing availability cytokines purified form, recombinant proteins, enabled much increased understanding their actions and, among many other things, revealed usefulness adjuvants.
