摘要: Healing canine flexor tendons were treated with early controlled passive mobilization. The repair site and proximal distal tendon stumps stained for fibronectin examined by light microscopy at three, seven, eleven, seventeen days. Fibronectin increased dramatically in the epitenon adjacent to seven days after repair, a time when cellular activity was its peak. By days, staining had decreased substantially, both stumps. A delayed increase noted endotenon site. production appears be an important component of process. Fibroblast chemotaxis adherence substratum injury related directly secretion. This study is first provide documentation localization clinically relevant model.
