摘要: This work presents the biochemical, cytochemical and molecular studies on two groups of PR proteins, β-1,3-glucanases chitinases, arabinogalactan proteins (AGP) during early stages androgenesis induction in breeding lines rye (Secale cereale L.) with different androgenic potential. The process was initiated by tillers pre-treatments low temperature, mannitol and/or reduced glutathione resulted microspores reprogramming formation structures what associated high activity chitinases. Some isoforms β-1,3-glucanases, namely several acidic about 26 kDa; appeared to be anther specific. Chitinases were well represented but less variable. RT-qPCR revealed that cold-responsive chitinase genes Chit1 Chit2 expressed at a lower level whole anthers while Glu2 Glu3 not active. stress modifications promoted AGP accumulation. An apparent dominance some epitopes (LM2, JIM4 JIM14) detected androgenesis-responsive line. abundant JIM13 vesicles inner cell walls layers most specific for embryogenesis.
