摘要: Sensor selection and optimization is one of the important parts in design for testability. To address problems that traditional sensor model does not take requirements prognostics health management especially fault testability into account consider impacts actual attributes on detectability, a novel proposed. Firstly, universal architecture provided. Secondly, new index named predictable rate defined to describe Thirdly, constructed, which takes cost as objective function indexes constraint conditions. Due NP-hard property model, generic algorithm designed obtain optimal solution. At last, case study presented demonstrate approach stable tracking servo platform. The application results comparison analysis show proposed are effective feasible. This can be used select sensors any system.
