摘要: Performing regular mammographic screening and comparing corresponding mammograms taken from multiple views or at different times are necessary for early detection treatment evaluation of breast cancer, which is key to successful treatment. However, often obtained under different compression, orientation, body position. A temporal pair may vary significantly due the spatial disparities caused by the variety in acquisition environments, including 3D position breast, the amount pressure applied, etc. Such can be corrected through process registration. We propose use a finite element model registration digital mammography. In this paper, we apply patient specific constructed MRI data patient, cases where lesions are detectable multiple views across time. The location lesion is computed deformation simulation step presented our earlier work. Lesion correspondence is established using nearest neighbor approach uncompressed volume. Our experiments show that simulating analyzing contributes good accuracy when matching suspicious regions mammograms.
