摘要: Background & objective: It is difficult to differentially diagnose mature cystic teratoma (MCT) and immature (IT) of the ovary before operation. This study was evaluate value multiple tumor marker detection in differential diagnosis ovarian MCT IT. Methods: Clinical data 272 patients with teratoma, diagnosed pathologically treated at Cancer Center Sun Yat-Sen University from Jan. 1995 Dec. 2005, were reviewed. Of patients, 254 had 18 The serum levels carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), CA153, CA199, neuron-specific enolase (NSE), alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), carcinoembryonic (CEA) IT compared. Results: MCT, median age 30, mean CA125, NSE, AFP CEA 25.5 x 103 u/L, 11.8 106.6 12.6 microg/L, 2.7 microg/L 2.5 microg/L. IT, 23, these markers 140.3 16.8 112.0 18.0 369.5 3.2 Both positive rates CA153 significantly higher than (P<0.05). When detected alone specificity high, sensitivity CA125 best (50.0%). elevated 71.4% by combined AFP. Conclusion: Combined markers, especially AFP, may be helpful for
