摘要: Abstract High shear wet granulation (HSWG) is considered a complicated and multivariate pharmaceutical process that influenced by large number of variables derived from equipment, formulations, processes. A better understanding effective control the are required to achieve desired attributes final target products improve efficiency product development. This review provides comprehensive introduction improvement HSWG-based development, including mechanism, factors affecting process, in-line monitoring technologies, modeling methods for HSWG process.
