摘要: Binding of proflavine to calf thymus DNA is investigated by differential scanning calorimetry and spectrophotometry. It shown that interacts with three binding modes. At high DNA—ligand concentration ratios (P/D), prefers intercalate into GC-sites but can also insert other sites. low P/D ratios, the external mode. The parameters proflavine-DNA complexation have been calculated from spectrophotometric dependences. Thermodynamic melting data.
