摘要: An optical waveguide is disclosed with a substantially planar substrate and layer applied to the substrate. The invention resides in that consists of synthetic resin or material having high organic proportion. This has advantage index refraction inorganic combined properties substrate, such as, for example, breaking resistance, plastic thermoplastic moldability, photochemical structuring ability, others.
