摘要: Abstract Contractile responses of aortas and mesentric arteries from control 3 month streptozotocin-diabetic rats to α-adrenoceptor agonists were compared in the presence absence endothelium. In endothelium, both diabetic animals norepinephrine methoxamine enhanced control, although no response clonidine could be detected either or animals. Following endothelium removal, significant differences found between maximum contractile noradrenaline methoxamine. However, sensitivity (pD 2 ) these two was significantly increased, while mesenteric much greater than control. addition, when cGMP levels measured acetylcholine. These results suggest that responsiveness stimulation is not result a decrease endothelium-derived relaxing factor (EDRF) release blood vessels.
