Automated analysis of multiplexed probe-target interaction patterns: pattern matching and allele identification

摘要: Disclosed are methods and algorithms (and their implementation) supporting the automated analysis interactive review refinement (“redaction”) of within an integrated software environment, for allele assignments. The implementation, preferably with a system program referred to as Automated Allele Assignment (“AAA”) program, provides multiplicity functionalities including: data management by way interface portable database permit visualizing, importing, exporting creating customizable summary reports; configuration (“Set-up”) including user authorization, training set probe masking; Pattern Analysis string matching flipping; Interactive Redaction combining real-time computations “cut-and-paste” editing, generating “warning” statements annotation. It also includes thresholding function, method setting thresholds, refining thresholds experimental binary (“reaction pattern”) that probe, masking signals produced probes which do not contribute significantly discriminating among alleles.
