摘要: Mineral–polysaccharide microcapsules are produced by a one-step method in which the deposition of semi-permeable alginate/chitosan membrane around droplets sodium alginate is coupled with situ precipitation amorphous calcium phosphate. Nucleation phosphate occurs within counter-diffusion Ca2+ and HPO42− ions can be controlled concentration to produce hybrid enhanced mechanical strength reduced permeability encapsulated molecules such as haemoglobin ibuprofen.
