摘要: A selected ion monitoring assay has been developed to measure plasma levels of the bronchodilator pirbuterol in animals and man. Pirbuterol is extracted from with acetone + potassium carbonate after further purification converted its trimethylacetyl derivative. With use stable isotope labeled internal standard, pirbuterol-d9, precisions 10% 6% were achieved at concentrations 1 20 ng ml-1, respectively. The synthesis deuterium standard described.
