摘要: Sex-related differences in heat balance and transfer were studied nine female ten male heat-acclimatized subjects exposed to two hot-dry (HD) conditions(49°C, 20% rh; 54°C, 10% rh) three hot-wet (H W) conditions (32°C, 80% 35°C, 90% 37°C, 80%rh). Exposures lasted 120min: l0min rest, 50min walk, walk. Walking speed was 1 34 ms-1 (level), for 49°C, rh, addition, 1-34ms-l, 5% grade. No sex-related found metabolic production (M), nor exchange by radiation convection (R + C)or evaporation (E), when expressed per unit body weight (wt). However, E surface area (A D) lower females 9–13% (P<0 05 all HD the 32°C, rh condition) due their M/A D, 4-6% C)/A D HD.
