摘要: Many vaccines induce protective immunity via antibodies. Systems biology approaches have been used to determine signatures that can be predict vaccine-induced in humans, but whether there is a 'universal signature' antibody responses any vaccine unknown. Here we did systems analyses of immune the polysaccharide and conjugate against meningococcus healthy adults, broader context published studies yellow fever virus influenza virus. To achieve this, large-scale network integration publicly available human blood transcriptomes systems-scale databases specific biological contexts deduced set transcription modules blood. Those revealed distinct transcriptional different classes vaccines, which provided key insights into primary viral, protein recall anti-polysaccharide responses. Our results elucidate early programs orchestrate humans demonstrate power integrative modeling.
