摘要: Summary Epidermal growth factor (EGF) and transforming β1 (TGFβ1) play important roles in tumor biology. Single nucleotide polymorphisms EGF TGFB1 genes alter the expression of these factors influence tumorigenesis process. The aim our present study was to determine association +61A>G (rs4444903) -509C>T (rs1800469) gene polymorphism with susceptibility gallbladder cancer (GBC). case–control carried out 126 confirmed GBC patients 190 healthy subjects. Genotyping performed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length methods. GG genotype significantly associated [ p = 0.012, odds ratio (OR) 2.22, 95% confidence interval (CI) 1.19–4.15] comparison Analysis based on gender indicated risk due limited female ( 0.003, OR 3.45, CI 1.52–7.82). Upon stratification basis presence or absence gallstones, not modulated status gallstones. GBC. Also, we did find any this when were subdivided gender. However, after determined that CT increased without gallstones value 0.030, 2.90, 1.26–6.69). Furthermore, combination demonstrated synergistic increase GBC.In conclusion, higher producing + 61G allele -509 synergistically 0.003). Further large samples size is required confirm findings.
