摘要: Abstract Background During early development severe epilepsies may appear, some with well established occurrence. Benign non-epileptic and epileptic paroxysmal syndromes excellent prognosis occur in the same period. There are no exact data on their Aim We have reviewed medical histories of children benign or events: myoclonus infancy, neonatal sleep myoclonus, partial epilepsy infancy (BPEI) infantile familial convulsions (BIFC) were established. The occurrence, clinical characteristics these evaluated. Methods Inclusion criteria met 31 children. Research included retrospective analysis characteristics, laboratory values, neuroimaging neurophysiological assessments, followed by evaluation psychosocial use Strengths Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ), fulfilled parents. Results In our group incidence was 6.69 per 10 000 live births 1.35 10 000. Male/female ratio events 2.1:1. Among 5 out 23 among 3 8 had minimal, mild moderate abnormalities at neurological assessment time first examination. Nonspecific changes values seen 6 1 group. Neurophysiological assessments showed subtle 4/23 6/8 Neuroimaging not optimal 5/23 3/8 events. Analysis SDQ did show significant deviations psyhosocial development. Statistically deviation observed only relations peers (p = 0.009). Conclusions more frequent than age higher proportion males conditions. No further found. Laboratory normal nonspecifically changed.
