摘要: The Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) 2b protein is a counter-defense factor and symptom determinant. Surprisingly, plants C24, Fny-CMVΔ2b induced severe similar to those wild-type virus. However, C24 infected recovered from disease while did not. Expression either Fny-CMV LS-CMV (a mild strain) Col-0 enhanced systemic movement permitted Fny-CMVΔ2b. Taken together, results indicate itself an important determinant certain hosts. they also suggest may somehow synergize other CMV-encoded factors.
