摘要: Abstract Optically transparent l -arginine trifluoroacetate (LATF) single crystals by doping with organic materials urea and thiourea were grown slow solvent evaporation technique. Powder X-ray diffraction confirms improvement in the crystalline quality for doped crystals. Urea LATF also improves percentage of transmittance. The vibrational frequencies assigned Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy. thermal analysis (TG/DTA) indicated better stability EDAX was carried out to calculate elements present pure LATF. hardness has been remarkably improved on second harmonic generation (SHG) showed 2.5 times than standard KDP 2.2, 2.07
