摘要: Background: Intracranial hemorrhage is a serious disease associated with high mortality and morbidity, develops suddenly without warning. Although there were known risk factors, it difficult to prevent brain from critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU). There are several reports that hemorrhage, patients, occurred connection respiratory diseases. The aim of our study describe baseline characteristics prognosis intracranial during mechanical ventilation ICU. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed medical records 56 who developed ICU, May 2008 December 2011. During implemented weaning process, following ACCP (American College Chest Physicians) criteria.
