摘要: A multivariate analysis of the pathologic data 350 patients with primary colorectal cancer was performed. In addition to conventional parameters such as shape and size tumor, central node involvement, angioinvasive growth, grade, stage, new variables immunoreactivity patterns carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), CA 19-9, mucin, serotonin, secretory component (SC), DNA index were tested for their potential prognostic value. Every variable except showed significant information in univariate analysis. However, stage predictive factor highest hazard ratio, but absence tumors diameters between 3.5 cm 6 cm, exophytic tumor well-differentiated tumors, CEA immunoreactivity, staining diploid also included relative risk model. Thus, aforementioned appear play a role establishment index.
