ECG changes in pediatric patients on tricyclic antidepressants, desipramine, and imipramine.

摘要: Objectif : Determiner si on note une modification caracteristique de l'activite electrique cardiaque chez les enfants traites a l'aide d'antidepresseurs tricycliques, desipramine ou imipramine, qui peuvent predisposer patients mort subite. Methodes Ont fait partie cette etude tous en pratique pedopsychiatrique 1989 1993 Calgary (Alberta), la l'imipramine, dans le dossier desquels trouvait un electrocardiogramme (ECG) pre- et post-traitement. Resultats Les doses medicament quotidiennes variaient 25 mg 125 duree du traitement, 1 49 mois. Sept des 21 recevaient facon concurrente antipsychotique (pericyazine). L'augmentation maximale intervalles PR QRS, QT etait 40 msec 70 respectivement, plupart ne revelant aucun changement significatif leurs d'ECG. L'intervalle ete pondere pour rythme (QT c ). On n'a observe aucune arhythmie ni tachycardie. changements d'intervalles d'ECG n'etaient par lies aux medicament, l'age, traitement niveaux plasma. Conclusions Aucun d'ECG, y compris l'intervalle , n 'a l'imipramine.
