摘要: We investigated the effects of dietary calcium (Ca) supplementation on bone metabolism, kidney mineral concentrations, and function in rats fed a high-phosphorus (P) diet. Wistar strain were randomly divided into 4 groups their respective diets for 21 d: diet containing 0.3% P 0.5% Ca (C), 1.5% (HP), 1.0% (HCa), or (HPCa). Compared to C group, high-P increased serum parathyroid hormone concentration, markers turnover, receptor activator NF-κB ligand mRNA expression femur, urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase activity, β2-microglobulin excretion, decreased content density femur tibia. Dietary improved parameters metabolism diet, while there no significant differences concentrations between HP HPCa groups. These results suggest that prevented loss decline induced by whereas did not affect
