摘要: We investigated whether lowering food intake by high phosphorus (P) diet influenced parathyroid hormone (PTH) actions, bone turnover markers, and kidney mineral concentration in rats. Rats two of the three groups were respectively given free access to a control (C group) P (HP for 21 days. another group (PF pair-fed with HP group. Compared C PF groups, serum PTH concentration, urinary C-terminal telopeptide type I collagen excretion, calcium concentrations significantly higher Urinary excretion cAMP was lower than groups. These results suggested that decreased action increased resorption independently intake.
