摘要: Immunostaining for epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) is important in the contemporary therapeutic strategy of colorectal carcinomas. We tried to increase detection sensitivity, and compared high-sensitivity EGFR immunostaining with a worldwide standard, PharmDx™ (Dako).
