摘要: Abstract Purpose of the study The purpose is to determine if teleintensive care unit (ICU)-directed daily ventilator rounds improved adherence lung protective ventilation (LPV), reduced duration ratio (VDR), and ICU mortality ratios. Method used A retrospective observational longitudinal quarterly analysis low tidal volume LPV ( 2 /fraction inspired oxygen TM (Andover, MA) platform, providing process improvement. Results Before implementation, there was wide variation in hospital (29.5 ± 18.2; range 10%-69%). Longitudinal improvement seen across hospitals 3 Qs after reaching statistical significance by Q3 postimplementation (44.9 15.7; P Conclusions Implementation teleICU-directed associated with durable significant reductions both VDR mortality.
