摘要: A tunable metamaterial comprising a membrane on which is arranged two-dimensional array of elements to form metamaterial, wherein the subdivided into blocks multiple elements, each block being separated from adjacent by gap allow be moveable relative its blocks. The lattice and hence properties are tuned inducing move away other or towards either in-plane out-of-plane in controllable manner response an electrical, thermal optical control signal.
