摘要: THE proline analogue, cis-hydroxyproline, when incorporated into collagen, prevents collagen secretion1 and also inhibits the growth of fibroblasts in vitro2. We describe here studies on mechanism action cis-hydroxyproline cell proliferation primary cultures murine connective tissue cells their spontaneously transformed, tumorigenic counterparts. find that analogue attachment, spreading these effects are completely reversed grown collagen-coated dishes. The less affected by even though synthesis is inhibited to a similar extent cells. These results suggest presence matrix required for some vitro but not counterpart.
