摘要: Regulatory T cells (Treg) are abundant in human and mouse pancreatic cancer. To understand the contribution to immunosuppressive microenvironment, we depleted Tregs a model of Contrary our expectations, Treg depletion failed relieve immunosuppression led accelerated tumor progression.
